Tests - A Dying form of Cricket

I wont be surprised if test cricket soon fades off as with the advent of more entertaining cricket forms such as T20 viewership for the Test cricket has reduced. One reason being that there is always a scope for a draw (no result) so the excitement diminishes.

I feel in order to rectify this two important things need to be done.
1. Give better incentives for the bowlers
2. Ensure negative line bowling is negated.

My suggestions to achive this are:
1. Allow the bowling team to opt for a new bowl at the end of 60 overs
2. Bowlers should be allowed a 10 mins break after a spell.
3. leg side wides to be stricter
4. In an over only one too wide delivery (i.e. more than the ODI wide) to be allowed subsequently call wide.

The result of this is that batsmen will not have the luxury of time which they had earlier to score slowly, with the new ball due in 60 overs. Bowlers will get their share of rest and at any point of time there will be a substitute (obviously a good feilder) on the field.

Bowlers wont be able to curb the runs by resorting to neagtive line bowling so that means they will have to bowl at or close to the batsman.
